The Table

This Anna Hour recording is from the “after glow” of our weekly meeting.

We opened up our time together sharing about the posture of Jesus when He sits at a table.

Over and over, we see Jesus recline back when He sits at a table. This not only represents His posture of attention, in that He is not in a rush. But Jesus models for us the priesthood of learning to enter into rest, entering into the Sabbath not as a day but as a lifestyle of resting In Him.

I just simply could not leave “the table” set before us. As Cam Rhodus began to play keys, this spontaneous song was released. I felt every word and saw every moment with Abba.
