who are influencing Cultural Mountains

Purpose. Faith. Justice.

While in the midst of global chaos, it is time to redeem the women’s movement.

the year was 1920.

and the women’s suffrage movement was on the edge of history, waiting to see the fruit of it’s labor when a young state representative from Tennessee would hear the echo of his momma’s words “be a good boy” and change his nay, to yay, making Tennessee the 36th state to ratify the 19th amendent, giving women the legal right to vote in America!

While the Amendment made way for women to enter into the booth, it did so much more, as it also created a path for women’s names to make their way to the ballot!

2020 was the 100 year anniversary of the 19th Amendment! Could we be on edge of history once again? Could it be possible, another women’s movement is on the horizon? I am Daniella Gibbons, host of Booth To Ballot and I believe so!

Over the years, women’s voices may have grown louder, but they have not remained virtuous. I believe the women’s movement to come is a roar of voices, carrying the DNA of restoration and redemption to injustice.

Gone are the days of nasty women, with the loudest voices, crying out from a place of rejection!

Make way for those who have been on the hillsides, fighting battles no one else saw.

Each week, we hear from women, who are walking their purpose, living dreams they didn’t know they had, influencing the governmental mountain and culture around them.

These are women who have been destined to carry what others would not, women who know what it’s like to continuously face rejection while remaining steadfast and humble.

Get a glimpse of what it’s like to be so hated, other women spit in your face and shout obscenities all because you value the life of babies. Hear what it’s like when God calls you out of the pulpit and into public office. Learn the value of following the voice of God at all costs, even if it means losing your community.

Some of our guests influence government through elected offices while others influence in a variety of other ways, such as making disciples in communist nations, writing songs for human trafficking, serving in the armed forces,  and accidentally starting a movement with a single social media post.

We ask questions such as should the church influence the government?

Can you or should you legislate righteousness?

Like you and I, these women, their stories, are not perfect, but they are set apart for this moment. You will be stirred, and challenged as you begin to see yourself in their shoes, a woman, a wife, a mother, a daughter, the influencer God created you to be.

Booth To Ballot is a space where righteous women find solidarity together, as we celebrate the stories and champion the voices of our sisters who are influencing the governmental mountain around them. I want to invite you into the celebration Every week!

Know someone who should be on the show?
